| Project Description | To
improve the effectiveness of TCDD's freight and passenger operations and
thus to meet transport demand while increasing customer satisfaction a computerized system is to be installed. OMIS comprises three sub-systems: Operation control system, train planning system and rolling stock maintenance system. The project will cover the hardware and software needed for the system. 85 % of the project is to be financed by foreign credit and 15 % by equity. |
