objective of the project is to give an appropriate dredging service by
supporting the existing insufficient marine machine equipment with the new technology marine equipment. A feasibility study regarding the project was completed by Tüstaş Industrial Institution in 1984. Previously 4 floating excavators and 10 self propelled barges have been procured through a foreign credit. With the new credit, 1 cutter suction dredger with portable trailer, 4 backhoe floating excavators, 4 self propelled barges and 3 tugboats will be procured. The project will be revised when a foreign credit is available. |
